Welcome to the Jacksonville Golf and Country Club (JGCC) Property Owners Association, Inc. website.
The JGCC Property Owners Association, Inc. (POA) is responsible for managing community items that are not the responsibility of individual homeowners. This includes managing shared or common property, protecting and increasing property values, and developing a sense of community within the ambiance and serenity of this gated and secure community. Jacksonville Golf and Country Club Community is also well known as
“One of the Best Places to Live in Northeast Florida”.
The community stands as a captivating and picturesque destination in North Florida. Nestled on gently rolling terrain, enveloped by abundant tree cover, the 732-acre community contains 919 private homes that range in size from 1,900 square feet to 5,000 square feet, located on spacious lots. It was established in 1987, with the first houses built beginning in 1988.
With more than 14 miles of roads and 29 freshwater lakes, this idyllic setting is situated along the Northeast Coast of Florida. It is within easy reach of Butler Boulevard, I-295, and I-95, making it easily accessible to the Beaches, Downtown Jacksonville, JAX Airport, Town Center, and many other points of interest.
The JGCC Community also has a beautiful 3+ acre park, which is managed by the POA and includes a full basketball court, pickleball court, playground, workout obstacle course, baseball and soccer fields, and covered pavilion areas with picnic tables, benches, and grills.
The JGCC POA also has a close relationship with the Jacksonville Golf and Country Club. Although the Club’s championship golf course meanders throughout the community, it is a separate and distinct entity.
